Impulse online shopping:

Checking your phone constantly:
The urge to stay informed and connected is strong, but the constant influx of notifications and news can be overwhelming and distracting.
Giving in to procrastination:
Putting off a challenging task for a more enjoyable activity might feel good in the short term, but it can lead to stress and missed deadlines later on.
